How are you handling appointments and Covid-19?

We have obtained our Barbicide Covid-19 certificate and follow any rules and protocols they stated in order to run a functional and safe environment for our clients.If you have not been practicing social distancing, washing your hands, etc PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! If you have fever, shortness of breathe, cough, or any other flu like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely no extra guest during your appointment. Your appointment will be canceled if you have anyone accompanying you. You (the client) are required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. You the client are to sanitize before and after your service (wash hands/hand sanitizer). If you feel you can not comply, thank you for your interest, unfortunately we cannot service you at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 10am - 4pm

Thursday: 10am - 4pm

Friday: 10am - 4pm

Saturday: 7:30am - 9pm

Sunday: 7:30am - 9pm

*Please be mindful that we have families to tend to, we get sick, and some times need a mental and physical break. Times may change due to but not limited to these conditions.*

How do I prep my hair for my appointment?

You (the client) are required to come with clean hair, free of any product and blow dried and stretched out (non flat ironed). A comb should easily pass through your hair with no issue. In the event I have to preform any additional detangling you will be charged an extra $15 for the time.

Is the hair included in the style?

Hair is included in all braiding and loc styles.

You (the client) are responsible to provide the hair for any weave style (quick weave, sew in, wigs) and crochet style (standard, loose hair).

Should I oil my hair before my appointment?

If your hair needs to be oiled I will oil it using my Xclusively Crowned Hair Oil. If you use a specific type of oil please bring that to your appointment and I will apply. Do not put any oily products in your hair prior to your appointment by doing this it can alter the style.

Can I pay for the full amount of my style online?

You are required to pay your deposit online and the remainder in Cash, PayPal or Zelle the day of your appointment *NO EXCEPTIONS*. Your deposit is a Non Refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your appointment and is also applied towards the cost of your style. In the event that anything may happen I do not allow to be paid in full when booking. 

What if I need to reschedule? No Call/No Show..

Please contact us at least 24hrs in advance if you need to reschedule. You can not reschedule more than one time within a 30 day period. 

Once an appointment is canceled you forfeit your deposit *NO EXCEPTIONS*, and you will have to rebook your appointment and future appointments will require approval by stylist.

For no call/no show you forfeit your deposit and will have to rebook your appointment. Two consective no call/no show, or per the desecration of the stylist will result in you not being able to book again.

Do you braid short hair?

Hair must be a minimum of 4 inches in order to be serviced for any style.
If you fail to notify the stylist prior to booking of all but not limited to: weak spots in the hair, short hair (shorter then the limit), permed hair, alopecia, bald spots, non regular scalp conditions etc services will and can be refused until they are in better conditions and your deposit is forfeited, non transferable to another style or product.

What if I am late to my appointment?

There is an $15 late fee if you are 15mins late to your appointment (especially for braiding services). You will need to reschedule if you are more than 30 mins late. Consecutive tardiness will result you being blocked from future appointments.

Can I change my style the day of my appointment?

If you would like to change your original style you must contact me before noon on Wedsenday the week of your appointment. Be mindful that changing your style you may be subject to losing your appointment day and time and will need to be rescheduled. You will need to pay any difference for the deposit if one is required. You can only transfer deposit once within 30 days, or your deposit will be forfeited.
*ABSOLUTELY NO STYLE CHANGE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.*

Will I get a reminder about my appointment?

You will automatically receive an email reminder about your appointment.
You also have the option to select the option for SMS during the checkout process for text reminders.

Do you color hair?

I do not color hair at this time. If you have a closure or frontal for install we only bleach the knots. Those pieces will need to be in the possession of the stylist 48hrs in advance.

Return & Refund Policy

There are no refunds on hair styles, you will have to call or text and schedule a time to have any issue (unraveling, defect in style, etc) fixed.

NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS AND LASHES! Once the order has been place there is no refund.

For sanitation reasons there will be No Return on lashes.

A refund is available only if you have not received your product within 5 business days (US) or 10 business days (International) from your expected due date. If you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email about your order along with a picture of what you received.

Exchange: Products must be in its natural state, meaning no alterations to it at all. You are allowed to exchange but you are responsible for all shipping fees back unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new/corrected item. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.
