How are you handling appointments and Covid-19?
We have obtained our Barbicide Covid-19 certificate and follow any rules and protocols they stated in order to run a functional and safe environment for our clients.If you have not been in practicing social distancing, washing your hands, etc PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! If you have fever, shortness of breathe, cough, or any other flu like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely no extra guest during your appointment. Your appointment will be canceled if you have anyone accompanying you. You (the client) are required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. You the client are to sanitize before and after your service (wash hands/hand sanitizer). If you feel you can not comply, thank you for your interest, unfortunately we cannot service you.
How do I prep my hair for my appointment?
You (the client) are required to come with clean hair free of any product and blown out/stretched (non flat ironed). A comb should easily pass through your hair with no issue. In the event I have to preform any additional detangling you will be charged an extra $15.
Should I oil my hair before my appointment?
If your hair needs to be oiled I will oil and/or if you use a specific type of oil please bring that to your appointment and I will apply. Do not put any products in your hair prior to your appointment.
Can I pay for the full amount of my style online?
You are required to pay your deposit online and the remainder in cash the day of your appointment *no exceptions*. There is a 20% Non Refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your appointment and is also applied towards the cost of your style.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact us 24hrs in advance if you need to reschedule. You can not reschedule more than one time within a 30 day period. At that time you forfeit your deposit and future appointments will require approval by stylist.
Do you braid short hair?
Hair must be a minimum of 6 inches in order to be serviced for any style.
What if I am late to my appointment?
There is an $15 late fee if you are more than 15mins late to your appointment (especially for braiding services). You will need to reschedule if you are more than 30 mins late.
Can I change my style the day of my appointment?
If you would like to change your original style you must do so 72hrs in advance and any deposit will be applied to that style. You can only transfer deposit once within 30 days, or your deposit will be forfeited. Absolutely no style change the day of your appointment.
Will I get a reminder about my appointment?
You will receive an email reminder about your appointment unless you select the option for SMS during the checkout process.
If I order hair from B'Xcluive for my appointment when will I be able to schedule my appointment?
If you order hair from B'Xclusive you will be able to book your appointment once you receive your tracking number. This ensures your order will be here on time.
Do you make wigs?
Wig making is an additional $85 and you be billed separately via PayPal. After ordering your hair put "Wig" in the notes and if you have your head dimensions please list it as well, if not, no worries.
Who do I ship the hair to if I make an appointment for weave services?
This is entirely up to you. You can get it shipped to you and bring it day of your appointment or you can have it remain with the stylist until your appointment.
Do you color hair?
I do not color hair at this time. If you have a closure or frontal for install we only bleach the knots. Those pieces will need to be in the possession of the stylist 48hrs in advance.
Return & Refund Policy
There are no refunds on hair styles 2 days after your appointment, you will have to call or text and schedule time to have any issue fixed.
NO REFUNDS ON HAIR AND LASHES! Once the order has been place there is no refund.
For sanitation reasons there will be No Return on lashes.
A refund is available only if you have not received your product within 5 business days (US) or 10 business days (International) from your expected due date. If you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email about your order along with a picture of what you received.
Exchange: All hair must be in its natural state, meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or no cutting of weft. You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.
