*COVID-19*  

If you have NOT been practicing social distance, washing your hands, etc PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! If you have been sick in the past 2 weeks, do not book. If you have fever, shortness of breathe, cough, or any other flu like symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely no extra guest during your appointment. Your appointment will be canceled if you have anyone accompanying you. You (the client) are required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. You the client are to sanitize before and after your service (wash hands/hand sanitizer). If you feel you can not comply, thank you for your interest however please enjoy other products we offer our braiding services do not fit your needs at this time.

**Hair must be a minimum of 6 inches in order to be serviced** 

You (the client) are required to come with clean hair free of any product and detangled. In the event I have to preform any additional detangling you will be charged an extra $15.  

I do not braid relaxed hair.

If you require color for your braiding service you will have to let me know by Wedsenday before noon (12pm) the week of your appointment. 

I do not braid blunt cut ends it is harder to tuck in the braid. If you have blunt ends please let your hair grow out more before you book.

You are required to pay your deposit online and the remainder in cash the day of your appointment *no exceptions*. Please come with exact amount. There is a 20% Non Refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit secure you appointment and is also applied towards the cost of your style. 

If you book a service and do not show you will be blocked from making future appointments. 

Please be on time to your appointment, if you arrive earlier then your appointment time you will be required to wait in your car until your appointment time.

 

If you have a ride or have been dropped off you, will be notified 30mins prior to us ending to come pickup. Please be mindful of the style timeframe and plan according.

There is an $15 late fee if you are more than 15mins late to your appointment (especially for braiding services). You will need to reschedule if you are more than 30 mins late. 

No refunds will be issued after day 2 of service, I will offer to fix any issue you may have.
